Embarking on the path of a Transformational Coach was a profound calling that emerged from the depths of my own transformative journey. In 1980, I faced the heart-wrenching loss of a full-term stillborn, and then, in 2017, my son left this world. These tragedies compelled me to confront the traumas I carried—childhood bullying and sexual trauma as a teen that I kept secret. Seeking guidance, I embraced a new perspective on life's experiences and delved into the timeline of my existence.
Through the lens of my creator's eyes, I discovered that every experience draws us closer to our pre-life agreements. Restoring joy and love in my life, I began serving others, sensing a profound alignment with my purpose. Little did I know, a colossal test of faith awaited me in February 2023 when I lost two children just 12 days apart. Faced with this unimaginable grief, I grappled with the choice—hold onto trust and faith or crumble in despair, uttering, "Why Me?"
Choosing to trust in God, I recognized that only He truly comprehends the path I agreed to before entering this earthly existence. Deep within my soul, I sought answers, discovering that all my experiences, whether traumatic or triumphant, armed me with courage and wisdom and were now woven into the fabric of my being. I connected with my children's legacies—Wesley's love for art and design, Jesse's dream of being a motivational speaker, and Crystal's passion for helping those battling addictions.
Intertwining my 35 years in self-care and design with newfound tools for healing trauma, I birthed a unique Mind, Body, Soul, and Sacred Spaces approach. It all matters. Imagine embarking on a gentle yet profound journey—a journey where you not only feel the shifts within your heart and soul but witness tangible changes unfolding in your external world. As you traverse this path, you'll notice the subtle yet powerful energetic shifts happening all around you, permeating your environment with positivity and love.
