For more than 35 years, I’ve studied self-care, wellness, movement, breathwork, and the ways the body responds to stress, trauma, loss, and change.
At the time, I didn’t know the things I felt drawn toward would become what sustained me through some of the hardest experiences of my life.
I have walked through profound loss more than once in my life: the loss of a full-term stillborn daughter in 1980, my son Wesley in 2017, my father in 2018, and then the unimaginable loss of two more children just twelve days apart in 2023.
Each experience changed me. And each one asked something different from me.
What I didn’t expect was that every major loss would also bring old pain to the surface. Childhood wounds, years of silence around trauma, and patterns I hadn’t realized were still shaping me began asking for attention.
I came to understand something I speak about often now:
I earned certifications, deepened my studies, and continued learning while grieving, because life wasn’t waiting for me to catch up.
Every practice I share has been tested against real life.
Not in theory.
In loss.
Over time, I stopped seeing healing as something to achieve.
I began seeing it as a relationship.
With the body. With grief. With old stories.
With the version of ourselves life may be asking us to become.
Today my work brings together breathwork, nervous system regulation, intentional practices, reflection, and sacred spaces that support people through profound transitions.
This became the foundation for Learning to Live Again, Flow by Design, The Holistic Life Review™, and The Chrysalis Library, spaces created for those standing between what happened and what comes next.
I do not believe healing means returning to who you once were. Sometimes it means meeting yourself for the first time. That space in-between… is often where my work begins. Where you begin, matters less than beginning.
Maybe you’re here because loss cracked you open and you don’t recognize yourself anymore. Or because something shifted and the life you built no longer feels like yours. Maybe old pain surfaced and you finally understand it’s been running things all along.
You might not know exactly what you need yet. That’s okay. Clarity often comes after we start, not before.
What I know is this: your body still holds wisdom even when your mind feels scattered. Your nervous system can remember what safety feels like. And the space between who you were and who you’re becoming isn’t empty, it’s full of possibility.
And I know how to hold space for that.”

To guide women through the most difficult transitions of their lives; grief, trauma, and identity shifts into a space of gentle empowerment and soul remembrance. To awaken what’s already within them through intentional self-care, spiritual connection, and sacred practices that bring the body, heart, and spirit back into harmony. To create spaces where women feel safe enough to exhale, to be seen, and to begin again with community, with story, and with the kind of healing that honors both the light and the shadow… the woman they’ve been, and the wants to emerge..

My vision is to create a world where healing from trauma leads to profound, lasting transformation. By nurturing mind, body, soul, and environment, I envision individuals radiating positivity and love. I truly believe we can become harmonious, joyful communities that thrive on resilience and fearless living.

All of my offerings are beautifully evolving, each one unfolding in perfect timing to support your healing journey. Be sure to opt in for updates so you’ll be the first to know when these transformative tools and experiences are ready to be shared with the world.
