Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay! If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the incorrect size or item, we’ll gladly offer a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Final Sale Items
    Items marked SALE, gift cards, or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged — no exceptions.

  2. Return Window
    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order being delivered (based on tracking confirmation).

  3. Condition of Items
    Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. We recommend trying items on indoors to maintain return eligibility.

  4. Original Packaging
    All tags, care labels, and packaging must be intact. Returns without original tags/packaging will not be accepted. If this happens, we will notify you via email and can return the item to you at your own cost.

Exchanges (Wrong Size or Style)

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, please:

  • Return the item within 30 days in its original condition.

  • Complete the exchange request on our website.

  • Clearly mark your return with the sender’s details.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.

Returns Process

  1. Visit our Returns Portal (insert link if available)

  2. Enter your order number and email address

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions

  4. Once approved, shipping instructions will be provided

  5. Submit your return tracking details through the portal

  6. After inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Important: Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged. Please use a trackable shipping service, and retain your tracking number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (processing time may vary by your financial institution)

If the order was a gift, your refund will be issued as a store credit.

Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank or card account

  2. Contact your bank for processing delays

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are generally non-returnable due to limited stock.

If you return a sale item, your refund will reflect the discounted amount paid. Sale prices cannot be honored after a sale ends.

Gifts

If you received a gift and need to return it:

  • Please contact us in advance

  • Your refund will be issued as store credit via email (unless otherwise arranged)

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at support@vickiemenendez.com within 5 days with:

  • Your order number

  • The incorrect item received

  • What you should have received

We’ll work with you to provide the correct item or a suitable replacement/refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please notify us within 5 days of delivery if your item is faulty or damaged by emailing:

  • Your order number

  • Description and clear photo(s) of the issue

We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either:

  • Send a replacement (if in stock), or

  • Offer a full refund including your original shipping charges

Warranty/Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. If you believe your item is defective due to a material or workmanship issue, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with:

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation

Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, and claims made after 30 days may be deemed ineligible.
