On rare occasions, an item may sell out or become unavailable after your order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of the next steps. All orders are subject to availability. Vickie Menendez reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including item unavailability.
Important: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Packages marked “Returned to Sender” due to an incorrect or incomplete address will need to be resent at the buyer’s expense.
Only one discount code can be used per order.

All U.S. orders are shipped from our fulfillment center and include tracking. We offer:
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $X.XX (delivery within 3–10 business days, depending on location and carrier delays)
Express Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery within 1–5 business days). Please note that Express Shipping only expedites delivery, not order processing times.
Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $XX.XX.

Order processing and delivery timelines do not include weekends or public holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to update the address. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, reshipping costs will apply.
